These terms govern your use of the Deter pre-launch website and waitlist. By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully and not interfere with its operation or attempt to access data that is not intended for you.

Waitlist

Joining the waitlist lets us contact you about Deter’s launch and product availability. It does not guarantee a particular launch time, feature, price, or access. You may ask to leave the waitlist at any time by emailing hello@usedeter.space.

Product information

Pre-launch descriptions may change before release. Deter is a self-directed behavior support product; it is not medical treatment, therapy, emergency support, or a guaranteed cure for addiction.

Intellectual property

The Deter name, logo, website design, and original content are owned by or licensed to Deter and may not be copied or used to imply endorsement without permission.

Availability and liability

The pre-launch site is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, this site.
